Profile scrapers prevent the build-up of soil on the cultipacker. The 8-foot cultipacker covers more area in one go. This cultipacker weighs 300 lb. when empty. With water in it, it weighs 1000 lb. while with sand the weight is 1300 lb. The added weight provides for more compacted soil.
