We Know All About Mud

Everyone knows you can’t truly enjoy mud pits if you’re not rolling on GDP. The extra lift will keep you from getting swamped in deep bogs and also give you room for bigger tires. And don’t even get us started on the torque boost! Our gear reduction—either 45% or 60%—will have you cutting through the mud like it’s nothing.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain

With the gear reduction all the way at the hub, you get reduced stress on your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission. That means your components will last longer than stock even though you’re riding harder.

The Strongest Portal Housings and Backing Plates You Can Get

We use an advanced steel alloy for our backing plates. They’re stronger than chromoly and at 5/16 inches thick, they’ll stand up to anything and everything the trail throws at you. We’ve also spent years tweaking and honing our portal housings to make them as strong as possible. With tens of thousands of housings in the wild proving their strength every weekend, you know you’re getting the best. So go with cast or super-sleek, USA-made billet aluminum—either way, you’re getting the best.

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings

Our portals use:

• Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
• A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
• 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
• Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
• Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing

You Need a Frame Stiffener

Portals and monster tires are fun, but they can place additional stress on your machine’s frame. Add strength to your suspension by adding a SuperATV Frame Stiffener when you check out!

• Increases width by 4 in. per side (8 in. total)
