Complete Kits with Radio

From handheld VHV Marine Radios to GMRS two-way radios and everything in between, your search for a complete Can-Am Defender communication kit with a radio has come to and end. There’s no better way to organize your workforce or keep in contact with your riding buddies than a UTV radio kit. The Midland UTV radio kits are nice as they can send and receive signals across multiple bands — allowing you to communicate with anyone else that has a 2-way radio within signal range. Rally riders and those who frequent UTV events with their Defenders also like to run complete communication kits with radios to chat with likeminded individuals and stay in the know. Rugged Radios and PCI Racing radios are also popular among side-by-side owners. They offer complete kits with everything you need to get your comm system up and running. With dash kits for the radio itself and velcro attachments to fix the hand mic within arms reach, our kits have it all.

Handheld radio kits, mobile radio kits, you name it, we’ve got it. We have kits that include adjustable-mast antennas, or kits that come with puck antenna units to increase range and reduce static. Use it for work, or use it for play, the complete Can-Am Defender communication kits with radios that you’ll find here are prefect for all occasions. If you find yourself in the boondocks with a busted front axle, you can use your radio kit to signal for help. If you’re out hunting and you’re trying to relay some information to your friends in their UTV miles away, radios allow for this as well. When your cell phone won’t work and you’re out of earshot, the best way to communicate is with a complete communication kit with a radio! Get yours from Everything Can-Am Offroad and don’t miss out on the action!

And what about small parts, should you bring some of those along as well? Short answer, yes. A belt is good to have on the machine at all times, and having an axle in the bike or at the very least the truck is also good. It’s hard to know exactly where to draw the line with what to bring, but you definitely need to have room for a cooler full of beverages no matter what. And don’t forget to bring a clutch tool for changing the belt, electrical tape, crescent wrenches, and hose clamps.

Regarding at-home Can-am Defender tools, a grease gun is a must for greasing up wheel bearings. If you’re doing any work on the clutch, be it either the primary or secondary, you’re going to need a special CVT clutch tool if you want to do it right. This tool loosens the belt up by spreading the secondary sheaves, making it so that when you put it all back together, you can do so much easier and, more importantly, correctly. Your Can-Am Defender clutch isn’t something you want to cut corners on, especially since it is your main source to make a machine move. Of course there are ways around using specialized UTV tools, but for what they cost we would without a doubt just recommend buying the right tools to get the job done right the first time.
