Side View Mirrors

“Just because that UTV of yours didn’t come with sideview mirrors, doesn’t mean you’re stuck whipping your head around dangerously every time you need rear visibility. Whether you’re trying to go street legal or just wisely prioritizing your safety, we have dozens of Can-Am Defender sideview mirror kits available from the best brands around. The Can-Am Defender sideview mirror is up against many unique challenges that conventional automobiles don’t have to worry about. It has to mount to a roll cage, withstand vibration, fit around other accessories, take an impact, and much more. It’s a long list of qualifications to meet, which is why we take every one of our Can-Am Defender sideview mirrors seriously when it comes to curating our collection. Rest assured, every Seizmik, Quadboss, Holz, ATV Tek, and other mirror you come across is thoroughly vetted to check all the boxes.
More than simply replacing automotive mirrors, the innovative manufacturers listed above have gone above and beyond in their Can-Am Defender sideview mirror designs. For example, we have LED light/mirror combinations to provide rearward visibility and illumination at the same time. We have rebuildable breakaway mirrors that can take some serious abuse and keep on riding. And when it comes to viewing angle, adjustability, and mounting convenience, Everything Can-Am Offroad has just about every option you could think of. Keep a low profile, or don’t. The choice is up to you, but when you’re ready to make it, we’ll have the perfect Can-Am Defender sideview mirror waiting for you.

And what about small parts, should you bring some of those along as well? Short answer, yes. A belt is good to have on the machine at all times, and having an axle in the bike or at the very least the truck is also good. It’s hard to know exactly where to draw the line with what to bring, but you definitely need to have room for a cooler full of beverages no matter what. And don’t forget to bring a clutch tool for changing the belt, electrical tape, crescent wrenches, and hose clamps.

Regarding at-home Can-am Defender tools, a grease gun is a must for greasing up wheel bearings. If you’re doing any work on the clutch, be it either the primary or secondary, you’re going to need a special CVT clutch tool if you want to do it right. This tool loosens the belt up by spreading the secondary sheaves, making it so that when you put it all back together, you can do so much easier and, more importantly, correctly. Your Can-Am Defender clutch isn’t something you want to cut corners on, especially since it is your main source to make a machine move. Of course there are ways around using specialized UTV tools, but for what they cost we would without a doubt just recommend buying the right tools to get the job done right the first time.
