Can-Am Maverick 3 Piece Gusset Kit by CT Race Worx Features:

Our gusset kit will reinforce the mounting points of the front control arms that have been known to bend or tweak from hard hits.

This is a three piece gusset kit.
The large front plate ties in all four front mounting positions for the upper and lower a arms and is built from 3/16 cold rolled steel as they are some of the most durable pieces on the market. We tried several different thickness's including 14 gauge, 11 gauge (1/8"") to 7 gauge (3/16). After several design changes and setups we decided it was worth the extra weight to go with the thicker pieces due to trail debris bending the thinner pieces.

The long narrow piece ties in the rear mounting points of the front lower a arms and are built from 7 gauge. It also includes longer hardware.

The channel shaped piece ties in and braces and upper a arms and mounts between the arms just above the diff and is built from 10 gauge. The recess on the side is designed to allow the radiator hose to easily pass through.

Note: Does not work with the factory winch mount without modification. The 4 winch mounting holes need to be moved forward away from the gusset.
